It's time to recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Constitution.
"Later this year, Australians will vote in a referendum that asks a simple question - should we recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the constitution.
A simple question, with a simple answer. Yes.
A voice to parliament, enshrined in the constitution, to advise parliament on laws affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is practical and unifying. It’s fair enough and way overdue. If you support the principle of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people having a say on the laws and policies that affect them, then your help is critical to the success of the yes campaign."
