Clive was nominated by his colleagues at Centrecare meeting the nomination criteria which included being a person working in a senior position, having clearly demonstrated leadership qualities, well respected and demonstrated excellence in leading a team to meet designated objectives and outcomes in the interests of public service.
Clive's success was strengthened by two excellent references provided to the IPAA judging panel as part of the submission requirement.
