Construction is finally underway on the new Centrecare Midland building.
Construction has begun on Centrecare's new three story Social Service Centre in Yelverton Dr. Midland. Planning for this office began over six years ago when a decision was made to build in Midland and negotiations began for the purchase of block of land from the Midland Redevelopment Authority.
The building will have its own underground carpark and will allow for future agency growth.
The size of the building is such that it will be able to house a number of agency programs and also, initially, allow Centrecare to lease office space to other not for profit, social service providers in Midland.
For enquiries about leasing office space in this building, please contact Centrecare Executive Manager Organisational Services - Ms Cherie Broers on telephone (08) 9325 6644.
The construction of the Midland building has been made possible thanks to a significant grant received from Lotterywest.
