"Nine religious leaders have taken their campaign to highlight people kept in indefinite immigration detention to the electorate office of Adelaide Hills federal MP Jamie Briggs.

The Love Makes A Way movement says it has staged the latest protest to pray for the 983 children in detention and urge a more compassionate federal policy.

Love Makes A Way started out as a movement of Australian Christians demanding “an end to Australia's inhumane asylum seeker policies through prayer and nonviolent love in action. The Adelaide action was the fifth in the past few months.
