Construction is currently underway on Centrecare's new state of the art Social Service Centre in Yelverton Drive, Midland. The building has been designed with an emphasis of being environmentally green.
It is in a great location being close to other services, shops, public transport and public carparks.
The size of the building will allow Centrecare to lease office space - first floor 480m2, second floor 610m2 to other not for profit, social service providers in Midland at rents below current commercial rates.
