Last Thursday Centrecare celebrated the retirement of Counsellor Patsy Hammer.
Director - Tony Pietropiccolo AM had this to say about her - “Patsy Hammer is one of those rare gems that organisations are delighted to find. During her 30+ years at Centrecare, Patsy’s contributions have not only been through her technical skills but more especially through her positive, compassionate and caring attitude. It is her loving manner that has made her so valuable to Centrecare clients and so cherished by colleagues.
We will miss Patsy as she carries so much of Centrecare’s history and experiences with her. Her longevity at Centrecare necessarily means that she has become part of the fabric and soul of the organisation. We will miss Patsy’s presence and humourous interactions but we won’t forget the substantial contribution she has made to the life of Centrecare and its clients.
We wish her every happiness in the years ahead.”
