Centrecare Goldfields Executive Manager Awhiora Nia Nia and other Centrecare staff attended the World Red Cross Day Celebrations on Friday 18th May 2012, along with many others from the Kalgoorlie-Boulder community.
Centrecare was pleasantly surprised and privileged to have received a Certificate of Appreciation from Red Cross. The certificate recognises the contribution that Centrecare makes to the work of Red Cross in the region. It was mentioned during the presentation how the Centrecare services such as financial counselling, youth and education programs, particularly in Coolgardie, has been most supportive to the work of Red Cross.
Centrecare is proud to have received this certificate in recognition of the great work and efforts by our staff in the Goldfields Region.
