Director Tony Pietropiccolo announced Centrecare's new innovative Employee package on June 10 2008. Salary and benefits were the focus of the presentation to give employees greater value in their employment and remain competitive in the market place. Staff were very pleased with the contents of the new package which included a salary increment as well as additional leave. Also included in this package was the introduction of 12 weeks paid maternity leave which underlines Centrecare's commitment to families.
