Services Offered by Access Wellbeing Services

Confidential Workplace Counselling
We offer confidential workplace counselling services designed to support individuals in managing stress, anxiety, and conflict that may impact their mental health and productivity. Our confidential counselling provides a safe, private space where individuals can seek guidance in navigating both personal and professional challenges. With options for face-to-face, phone, or video sessions, our services are flexible to meet diverse needs. Recognising that every situation is unique, we work with a wide range of individuals, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, people with disabilities, mature-aged individuals, Indigenous Australians, and young people.

Wellness Checks
Our employer/manager-initiated welfare checks allow managers to refer employees who may be struggling with work-related or personal issues. We work closely with both the employee and the manager to develop positive coping strategies and support overall well-being. Common reasons for wellness checks include personal loss, absences, mental health concerns, or distressing work events.

Management Support
Our Management Support services provide managers with the opportunity to discuss challenging situations with our team of specialists, receive advice, develop effective strategies, and commit to action—all with complete confidentiality. We assist with a variety of issues impacting mental health, including having crucial conversations, resolving workplace conflict professionally, leading teams through organisational change, supporting employees dealing with critical incident stress, addressing concerns like bullying, substance use, and poor performance, and improving organisational morale to reduce employee turnover.

Training and Workshops
Access Wellbeing Services offers tailored training sessions for managers and staff, focusing on practical skills to address workplace issues, promote mental health, and prevent psychological harm. Customised to your organisation's needs, these sessions ensure relevance and effectiveness. Core topics include resilience, communication, emotional intelligence, difficult conversations, conflict resolution, incident response, and compassion fatigue, catering to all levels of employees and managers.

Workplace Conflict Management & Mediation
Our mediation services are designed to resolve conflicts and improve relationships within the workplace. We facilitate discussions between parties to help them reach mutually beneficial solutions, fostering a more harmonious and productive work environment.

Professional Clinical Supervision
Professional supervision and practice management, helping practitioners reflect, learn, and grow. This clinical supervision is designed to encourage self-care, resilience, and confidence, supporting best practice and ethical standards that contribute to employee retention. We offer individual and group supervision, available both face-to-face and by phone, led by qualified supervisors with backgrounds in Social Work, Counselling, and Psychology. Our approach balances professional learning, support, and accountability, using reflective and culturally appropriate methods to meet each supervisee’s needs.
